An Important Message
to Our Customers
On behalf of all of us at Castle Rock Restoration, our hearts go out to all those affected by COVID-19. This includes not only those diagnosed with the virus but also their friends and family, and those whose jobs and schools have been impacted.
The health and wellbeing of our customers and employees are extremely important to us. In response to these current events, we have taken measures to protect the health and welfare of our customers and employees. Currently, in an effort to minimize organizational contact, our office is closed and we are having our field sales representatives stop all sales calls and scheduled visits. Under no circumstances would we have our field service technicians enter a customer's home if they are exhibiting symptoms or feeling unwell. To ensure the health and safety of our staff we advise our customers that we are placing all repair work on a temporary “HOLD” status. We will be in contact with those who have current appointments and reschedule your appointment for a later point in time.
In the event that emergency repairs need to be made during this time, Virtual Remote Estimating Support is a quick, easy way for customers to find out about the time, cost and availability of their projects at a later date. Even though our office remains closed, It’s as easy as calling, texting and or emailing email@example.com and I will personally address your situation.
There's no question this is a time of great uncertainty, however, projects and repairs may still be completed safely and efficiently in the future once we feel it is a safe environment to do so and as long as an additional level of health safety awareness is maintained by all parties.
